Deontay Wilder’s fiancee appears on Selling Sunset and suggests cash offer on $33m mansion

Deontay Wilder’s life as a champion has put him in a fortunate position where money is no object.

The former WBC king has earned millions from his life in the ring and he makes sure he looks after his family, giving them a life he has worked hard to provide.

Appearing on the latest series of hit Netflix show, Selling Sunset, Wilder’s fiancee, Telli Swift, toured a luxurious 14,000 square foot property.

The series follows elite estate agents in California who sell luxurious properties to the rich buyers.

The house – called Londonderry Place – is definitely big enough for Wilder, his wife and their eight children, with six bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

Outside it has an incredible two-layer glass bottom pool and inside it contains all the necessary amenities for Wilder’s training, including a gym, sensory deprivation tanks and a cold plunge pool.

While touring the kitchen, with a hibachi top grill and a $15,000 coffee maker, Swift comments that she likes the bronze colours in the kitchen to compliment her husband, who is known as ‘The Bronze Bomber’.

One of the main highlights of the house is a 25-foot screen cinema with forty surround sound speakers.

Swift and the agent discuss returning for a twilight viewing later on with Wilder himself, but this is not shown on the show.

When the tour is complete, Swift says: “I love it, so numbers, let’s talk.

“I feel like if we do cash obviously I would want it at a lower rate, maybe like $26 or $27 million should be negotiable.”

It is later revealed that Swift and Wilder made a $27 million cash offer, but it seems this was not enough to tempt the seller, as the property was reportedly removed from sale in August 2022 though it is still currently listed on The Oppenheim Group’s website for $55,000-a-month.
Wilder, though, could be in an even healthier financial position if he is involved in the rumoured heavyweight tournament in Saudi Arabia in December this year.

The idea would be that Wilder fights Anthony Joshua, while Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk clash and then the winners face each other.

According to both Wilder and Joshua, talks seem to be progressing well and AJ even recently implied to a fan that the deal is all but done.
