The approved channels include commercial banks, fintech platforms, mobile money operators and NGX Invest. The official list includes banks such as Access Bank, Ecobank, FCMB, Fidelity Bank, FirstBank, Globus Bank, GTCO, Keystone Bank, PremiumTrust, ProvidusUnity, Stanbic IBTC, Sterling Bank, UBA, Union Bank, Wema Bank and Zenith Bank, among others.
Investors can also use approved electronic channels including Flutterwave, Moniepoint, PiggyVest, Cowrywise, Bamboo, Paga, Payaza, Vetiva Invest and other participating platforms, while Airtel SmartCash and MTN MoMo are among the approved mobile operators.
Dangote Refinery has urged investors to use only channels listed on its official IPO website and avoid unverified intermediaries. The company says subscriptions, payments, allotment and share registration are handled through approved channels, the issuing houses, registrars and the Central Securities Clearing System (CSCS).
The IPO is designed to encourage broad retail participation, with the low minimum subscription allowing investors to enter with ₦5,250. However, investors should read the prospectus carefully and remember that investing in shares carries risk and returns are not guaranteed.
