The Supreme Court of Nigeria is set to deliver judgment on Thursday in the ongoing leadership dispute within the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
The apex court had earlier heard an appeal on April 22, 2026, between the faction led by Senator David Mark and that led by Hon.
Nafiu Bala Gombe, before reserving its ruling. The much-anticipated verdict is expected to determine the legitimate leadership of the party ahead of the 2027 general elections.
