Nigeria’s D’Tigers Storm to Quarterfinals with Thrilling 99-90 Win Over Cameroon

Nigeria’s D’Tigers thrashed Cameroon 99–90 to finish top of Group B and seal their place in the 2025 AfroBasket quarterfinals.

The team had earlier secured wins over Madagascar and defending champions Tunisia before wrapping up their group campaign with another strong performance against Cameroon.

They will now face either Senegal or South Sudan in the quarterfinals on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at the Pavilhão Multiusos de Luanda in Angola.

Josh Okogie made a big impact in the game. He scored 16 points, provided 7 assists and recorded 1 steal. His efficiency rating was 24, showing he was one of the most effective players on the court.
