Addressing the appointees and guests, Sanwo-Olu said governance in Lagos State remains firmly rooted in merit, accountability and public trust, noting that appointments are made to advance service delivery rather than personal privilege. According to him, public office holders are expected to demonstrate integrity, diligence and tangible performance.
Leadership in Lagos State is defined by service, discipline and results,” the governor said.
In his remarks, Obasa pledged to run an inclusive and united administration in Agege, disclosing that reconciliation efforts within the All Progressives Congress and across the local government had been ongoing since the party’s primary election.
